Joan Girardi has been send off to Boarding school along with her two brother, Kevin Girardi and Luke Girardi by their parents when Kevin was eight years old, Joan was six years old, and Luke was five years old. She knows back and now that her parents don't anything to do with them and they wished that her and her bothers and she does go to the same boarding school as her brothers and she will eventually comes to realize that she and God can talk to each other, and God gives her mission that she needs to do. Joan would have a good time making friends with people and she just wants to be avoiding the in crowd because she doesn't want to be popular and that happens to be one of the reason in why she would mainly would be hanging out with her brothers and she gets along with them. She thinks that no one is wants to be her friends because of the fact that her parents wants nothing to do with her and also the fact that she would spend all of her vacations at the boarding school instead of spending time with her parents. Joan ended up becoming friends with a girl name Grace Polk of when she ends thinking that is a totally cool person that she knows that Grace is mostly going to be someone that she could be trust and she ended up meeting Grace two weeks after her and her brother had arrived a the boarding school and she knows that Grace i mostly not going to be someone that seems to care about being popular. She thinks that she probably needs to be careful with who she can be friends with because she just never knows of how someone could be able to trust them and she knows that Grace is going to be a great friends to her and plus Grace does accept her for who she is and she could care less if Joan has to behind during Vacations and she does tell Grace about the her parents. Joan does ended up dating someone that she believes not going to hurt and he happens to be someone that she feels that she could be someone that she can trust and she also happens to believe that she is going to get married to hear and her boyfriend's name happens to be James Henderson who just happens to be One year older then her and one younger then her brother, Kevin and who just happens to be best friends wit her brother, Kevin. She is being beaten by him after she tells him that she is able to talk to God because she seem to think that James would believe her but she knows that James doesn't believe her and she hides that James is beating her because she thinks that her brother Kevin will think that she would be lying about the way that James treats her.

Joan and Adam has known each since they were six years and they meet each other like two days after they both arrives at the boarding school. They becomes best friends with each other and they share alot with each other and Adam tells Joan about his mom and his dad. Joan and Adam knows that they could never be able to hide anything with each other and plus Joan does tell him about she feels about her parents send her and her brothers to the boarding school. They knows that they could be able to trust each other and they found it hard for them to be hiding things from each other and they knows that they are always going to be able to trust each other their hearts and also with their lives. Joan and Adam both of them will found out that Lauren is cheating on Adam wish his best friend, Keith and Adam tries his best to get Joan to admit that James is abusing her. They just knows that they are always going to be great friends with each other and Adam is going to get dumped by Lauren and plus Joan does come out and tell Adam the truth about the fact that James is abusing her and Adam helps Joan to get away from James. Joan and Adam ended up just hanging out with each one day and it is going to be on Adam's 16th birthday and probably about one week after Adam gets dumped by Lauren and they were just goofing and they ended up flirting withe each other and ended up kissing each other. They will ended up making out with each other and they ended up pulling away from each other because of the fact that her brother ended up catching them making out and teases them but they will becoming boyfriend and girlfriend.

Adam Rove had been to send to Boarding school when he was six years old and after his mom had admitted suicide by his dad and he knows that his dad had send him to boarding school because his dad wanted nothing with him. He knew that his dad don't want him around because he would reminder his dad of his mom and plus his dad felt that their is just no way that his dad could be a single dad while fixing his life and feels that Adam would be better off at a boarding school. Adam happens to be an only child and he does sometimes wishes that he could have either an older sibling or even a younger brother because he could be able to have someone that could understand is like being rejected by a parent. He knows that he never going to have a sibling at all and he never going to see his dad at all and he doesn't talk to his dad and he wishes that he could be able to talk to someone that is in his family but he cannot because no one in his family wants to talk to him. Adam does becomes friends with Kevin Girardi and Luke Giriaridi and both of them ended up becoming brother to him and he found out that their parents wants nothing to do with them and their sister.. He is glad that he was able became friends with people that knows what is like to be lefted at the boarding school and to never see their parents and he does tell them about his mother's death and that his dad had send him to the boarding school because his dad just refuses to take care of Adam after the death of his mom. Adam does ended dating someone who claims that she knows what he is going through but in reality she doesn't know and plus he thinks that she is the one and believes that she truly loves him and his girlfriend's name happens to be Lauren Jackson. He has no clue that Lauren is lieing to him about her family and also he does have no clue that Lauren happens to be cheating on him with his best friend, Keith Anderson and he thinks that Lauren happens to be the perfect girlfriend and he believes that there is now way that Lauren could cheat on him with one of his best friends.
